- Zero trust
Zero trust is a programme,
not a product.
Identity as the control point, device health enforced, segmentation and least privilege, continuous verification. We sequence the work around what you already own, so every phase delivers something on its own.
Never trust by location. Verify every request.
The old model trusted anything inside the network. Once an attacker got in, they could reach almost everything. Zero trust removes that assumption: every request is checked against who is asking, from what device, for what resource, and whether that still makes sense right now.
Vendors sell components of zero trust. None of them sell the whole thing, because it is an architecture, not a box. We are technology agnostic. We assess where you are against NIST SP 800-207 and the CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model, design the target state around your existing investments, and stage the programme so you get risk reduction at every step rather than after a multi-year finish line.
- A current-state maturity assessment across identity, devices, networks, applications and data
- A target-state architecture tied to your business priorities and risk tolerance
- A staged roadmap: quick wins, medium-term work and long-term change, each with its own outcome
- A gap list of what your current tools can already do, before anything new is bought
- Policy designs for conditional access, device posture and segmentation
- Programme support through delivery, or a handover your team can run
Five phases, each one worth doing on its own.
Assess
We benchmark identity, device, network, application and data controls against NIST SP 800-207 and the CISA maturity model, and list what you already own.
Identity first
Strong identity is the foundation: phishing-resistant MFA, conditional access, and non-human identities brought under control.
Device health
Access is granted only to devices that meet your posture requirements, checked at the moment of access.
Segment and limit
Flat networks are broken into zones, east-west traffic is controlled, and legacy applications are protected behind identity-aware access without a rewrite.
Verify continuously
Signals from identity, endpoint and network feed detection and response, so trust is re-evaluated as conditions change.
What the programme covers.
Identity
Users, administrators, service accounts and workloads, all verified, all least privilege.
Devices
Posture and compliance checked before resources are reached.
Networks
Segmentation and micro-segmentation in place of a trusted inside.
Applications and data
Access decided per application and per data set, not per network.
Who it is for
Organizations modernising after a breach, moving to cloud, or working under a mandate that names zero trust. Also teams that have bought several zero trust products and still cannot say how close they are.
- Identity & access, the first and most important pillar
- Network segmentation, containing what gets in
- Center of Excellence, a longer programme to build the capability in-house
- Cloud security, the same principles applied to your cloud estate
What buyers ask.
Vendors keep selling us zero trust.
They sell components. We are technology agnostic and start from what you already own, so our job is to sequence what you already own and tell you plainly where a gap genuinely needs a new tool.
Isn't this a multi-year project?
The full journey takes time, which is why we stage it. Each phase is designed to reduce risk on its own, so you are safer after the first phase, not only at the end.
Our legacy applications cannot support modern authentication.
Most cannot. We protect them behind identity-aware access and segmentation, so they benefit from zero trust without being rewritten.
How do we measure progress?
Against a maturity baseline we set at the start. Every phase has defined outcomes, and we reassess against the same model so progress is visible to leadership and auditors.
Start with where you are.
Put an engineer on a call to scope a zero trust maturity assessment. No charge, no commitment.
